The Community Development Department 'has reviewed and approved your request for two
permanent illuminated signs for California Pools & Spas, located at 78-696 Highway 111. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for two building -mounted illuminated channel letter signs. The sign
materials and location are per approved plans on file with the Community Development
Department.
2. The North elevation sign shall consist of "California Pools & Spas" with a three -wave
graphic. The North elevation sign shall not exceed thirty two (32) square feet in area.

3. The South elevation sign, which faces Highway 111, shall consist of the lettering "California
Pools" and shall not exceed twenty seven (27) square feet in area.
4. The sign letters shall conform.to the approved Sign Program for One -Eleven La Quinta
Shopping Center. (SA 1996-027).
5. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
of the signs.
