The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for three building -
mounted, illuminated channel letter signs ("MARU"), at 78-702 Highway 1 1 1, in the
One Eleven Shopping Center. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants three illuminated building -mounted identification signs
for Maru Korean BBQ & Grill, with one sign permitted on each building elevation.
The signs shall be constructed of individual channel letters. Individual letter
heights will not exceed twenty-four (24) inches and the total square footage for
each sign shall be approximately forty-two (42) square feet. The signs are
permitted a logo.
2. Signs shall be mounted on the north, south, and east -facing building elevations
as shown on the exhibit.
3. The applicant shall obtain a building permit prior to installation of the sign.
4. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for the One Eleven
Shopping Center (SA 2002-668).
