Dear Mr. Murdock:
The Planning Commission at its meeting of January 25, 2007, approved your request for wall
signage for Petco Animal Supplies at 78-720 Highway 111, per the attached exhibits and subject to
the following Conditions:
1. The total square footage of the `Petco" main business identification sign shall be no
greater than 69.33 square feet as shown in the submittal presented at'the Planning
Commission meeting. The applicant shall install .the approved sign on the southern
building elevation at the approved location.
2. The total square footage of the supplementary signs ("Grooming") shall be no greater,
than 10.5 square feet and will be relocated to the area specified in the submittal.
3.' The applicant must request a building inspection to verify size of letters before
installation.
4. A building permit shall be obtained prior to any work on the sign being started.
This action is final unless appealed to the City Council within 15 days of the action. Please contact
the Community Development Department should you wish to appeal.
