Dear Mrs. Murdock, The Planning Commission at its meeting of May 25, 1999, approved your request, by Minute Motion 99-066, for permanent identification signs at the One=ElevenLa `Shopping Center_for GoIden. Spoon Yogurt; ,pursuant to the submitted plans and subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant has installed two of the three proposed signs prior to .Planning Commission. approval, constituting work without a permit, an infraction of Section 304.51 of the 1994 Uniform. Administrative Code. Upon Planning Commission approval of the proposed signs, the applicant shall obtain a building permit for the installation of the signs, which shall include the Investigative Fee per Section 304.52 of the 1994 Uniform Administrative Code in addition to the building permit fee for the signs. 2. Prior to issuance of a sign permit, the product symbol of the cup of yogurt shall be removed from the proposed signs.
