Prior to obtaining a building permit to install the signs, the following design changes shall be made to the sign application graphics: A. The east elevation building.sign shall be lowered so as not to extend above the tower parapet wall (i.e., arched portion). B. The east and west building signs shall be reduced in size so as not to exceed 50 square feet. 2. The menu board sign shall be removed prior to issuance of sign permits. The Planning Commission's decision may be appealed to the City Council pursuant Section 9.200.120 of the Zoning Ordinance, provided a written appeal and filing fee of $175.00 are received by November 29, 2000. Please contact this office for assistance should you desire to file an appeal. Three sets of the approved plans will. be returned to you. Regarding your building permit issuance application, please contact the Building and Safety Department at 760-777-7012. Once a building permit has been acquired, please contact the Code Compliance Department to arrange an on-site visit during the installation of the building signs (i.e., 24 hours in advance).
