SUBJECT: Sign Application 2004-810 for Thai Smile
Dear Mr. Engle;
The Community Development Department has determined your request for a new business
sign at One -Eleven La Quinta Center is in compliance with the sign program and therefore,
approve your request for two building wall signs pursuant to the attached plan. The approval
is subject to following conditions:
1. Sign design and location is per the approved plan attached, and on file in the
Community Development Department. A permit from the Building and Safety
Department is required. Please contact them at 777-7012.
2. For the sign on the west elevation, a minimum 6" space shall be provided between
the sign and the cornice detail and roof at the top and bottom, respectively.
3. For the sign on the east elevation, the sign shall be centered between the cornice and
roof.
