TACO DE OJO CANTINA
Dear Mr. ladipaolo:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for four building
mounted, internally -illuminated channel letter signs_ ("TACO DE OJO CANTINA"),
located at 78-902 Highway 111 in the One -Eleven La Quinta commercial center.
The approval is subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants four permanently -mounted illuminated building
identification signs as shown on the attached exhibits. The total square
footage for the building -mounted signs on the east and west building
elevation will be no greater than 47.50 square feet (Sign A & Sign B).
The total square footage for the building -mounted sign on the south
building elevation along Highway 111 will be no greater than 31.25
square feet (Sign C). The total square footage for the .building -mounted.
sign on the north building elevation will be no greater than 9.00 square
feet (Sign D).
2. The signs shall conform to the approved sign program for the One -Eleven
La Quinta Shopping Center (SA 1996-027).
