The approval of these signs is subject to the following Conditions: 1. This sign permit grants the replacement of four permanent building -mounted signs for "TACO BELL". The signs shall conform to the plans submitted as part of this application. Each sign shall not exceed an area greater than ten (10) square feet. Each logo shall not . exceed an area- greater than ten (10) square feet. The location and materials for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the Planning Department. 2. These signs may be illuminated. 3. The applicant shall be responsible for the repairs and maintenance to any building facade damage caused by the removal and replacement of the signs. 4.
