The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for two
permanent signs for Land America Commonwealth, located at 7$962 Highway 111, Suite 1-B,
La Quinta. The approval is subject to the following Conditions: q$a
1. This sign permit is for two permanent internally -illuminated signs. One sign is permitted
on the south elevation facing Highway 111, and the other sign shall be located on the
buildings north elevation facing the parking lot. Both signs shall read "Land America
Commonwealth". The sign materials and location are per approved plans on file with the
Community Development Department.
2. The total area of both signs shall not exceed fifty (50) square feet.
3. The sign letters shall conform to the approved Sign Program for the One -Eleven at La
Quinta Shopping Center.
4: A building sign permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the signs.
