SA 07-1138TH May 15, 2007 Jim Engle Sr. Imperial Sign Company 46-120 Calhoun Street Indio, CA 92201 SUBJECT: SIGN PERMIT 07-1138 WORLD MARKET COST PLUS - SEMI-PERMAMENT SIGN Dear Mr. Engle: The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for a semi- permanent identification sign located within the Washington Park commercial centerat 78-983 Highway 111 in La Quinta, per the attached exhibits and subject to the following Conditions: 1. This sign permit is for one non -illuminated semi-permanent sign located at the construction site. Maximum sign area shall not exceed 32 square feet or be more than eight feet in height. 2. The sign shall be posted for a minimum of 61 days and a maximum of one year. A one-. year extension may be requested from the date of expiration in writing. All signs approved under this, permit shall be removed within ten days after a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. 3. The sign shall not be posted on public property or posted in a manner which obstructs the visibility of traffic, street signs or signals or emergency equipment. 4. If required, a sign building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation of the sign. I have enclosed three stamped approved copies of the plans.
