Dear Mr. Piatt:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one permanent illuminated
sign for Verizon Wireless, located at 78-995 Highway 111, within Washington Park. The approval is
subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for one building -mounted illuminated channel letter sign; to be located at
the rear of the building. The sign size, materials, and location are per approved plans on file
with the Planning Department.
2. The sign shall not exceed twenty-five (25) square feet in area.
3. The sign letters, sign size and location'shall conform to the approved Sign Program for
Washington Park (SA 2003-682).
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
of the signs.
This is the third and final sign location for this corner tenant. Request for additional building -mounted
signs shall not be approved. I have enclosed two stamped approved copies of the plans for your
records.
