The approval is subject to the following Conditions: 1. This sign permit is for two building -mounted illuminated channel letter signs and logos. The sign materials are per approved plans on file with the Planning Department. 2. The west elevation sign shall be centered vertically and `horizontally above the store's entry, within the 'maroon' fascia. The location of the east elevation sign shall be centered vertically and horizontally above the rear -entry door within the 'green' fascia. 3. Both the east and west elevation sign shall incorporate the Apple logo and read "Mac Gallery Authorized Reseller". Each sign shall not exceed twenty four (24) square feet in area.
