Air curtain is to be hardwired and micro -switched to the door. 9. Interior walls and floor of the dumpster area must be smooth troweled and sealed with an approved epoxy cement/block sealer. 10. Install all equipment on approved 6 inch legs, casters or radius coved curbing (ie: cooler #45, etc.). 11. Install an approved radius cove base behind the half exposed floor sink under the beverage counter. _ CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS: Contact the Plan Checker for a Preliminary Inspection when construction is approximately 80% complete, with plumbing, rough ventilation, and rough equipment installed.
