The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
two permanent business identification signs at 79-024 Highway 111, Suite102, as shown in
the attached exhibit. The approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. This sign permit grants two permanent internally -illuminated acrylic -faced
channel letter signs. Each sign will be located on the north and south building
elevation and shall not exceed 23.3 square feet. Materials for the signs are per
the approved plans on file with the Community Development Department.
2. , If required, a building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety
Department prior to installation of the sign.
