Olympic Blvd. Ste. 110 Los Angeles, CA 90015 SUBJECT: SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION 2014-1058 WABA Grill Dear Mr. Im: The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for two (2) permanent building -mounted, internally -illuminated channel letter signs on the north and south building elevations for WABA Grill, to be located at 79024 Highway 1 1 1, Suite 103. The approval is subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. This sign permit grants two (2) internally -illuminated building identification signs, as shown on the approved exhibits on file for SA 2014-1058. The total square foctage for each sign shall not exceed 30.0 square feet each. The materials for the signs shall be as per the approved plans on file with the Community Development Department (approved copies enclosed). 2. A building permit shall be obtained prior to any work on these signs being started. 3. All signs shall be installed and maintained to conform to the approved sign program for The Pavilion shopping center. Be advised that the original; request for three such signs cannot be approved. A third sign will require filing of an amerdment to the approved Pavilion Sign Program, for review by the La Quinta PlEnning Commission.
