The fire sprinkler system must have appropriate maintenance records available for review by the fire department inspector upon request. Depending on the age of the building, the fire sprinkler system may require a current 5 -year sprinkler certification tag affixed to the system riser prior to final. The Fire Department job card, approved plans and conditions letter must be at the job site or NO inspection will be performed.
