The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for two building -
mounted, illuminated channel letter signs and two monument signs ("SPROUTS
FARMERS MARKET"), located at 79-050 Highway 111 in the Pavilion commercial
center. The approval is subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants two permanently -mounted illuminated building
identification signs and two monument signs. The total square footage for
the building -mounted signs will be approximately 99.75 square feet each.
2. The signs will 'be mounted on the west and south building elevations as
shown on the exhibit.
3. The signs shall conform to the approved sign program for the Pavilion (SA
2004-786).
