The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for two permanent
business identification signs at 79-174 Highway 111, Suite 102 in La Quinta. The approval
is subject to LQMC Section 9.160.070 and the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit is for two permanent, internally -illuminated business
identification sign, not to exceed 27.75 square feet in area. The signs are per
approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. The signs shall be fabricated with aluminum return.
3. If required, a building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety
Department prior to installation of the sign.
