Dear Mr. Symons:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
two permanent mounted business identification signs at 79-255 Highway 111 as shown in
the submittal. The approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. This sign permit grants two permanent internally -illuminated channel letter signs.
The "La Quinta Dental" letter sign is dark blue and white acrylic with a. process
blue color logo. The sign on the north building elevation will be 53.35 square feet t
and the sign on the south building elevation will be 68.33 square feet. The
materials for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department.
2. If required, a building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety
Department prior to installation of the sign.
I have enclosed three stamped approved copies of the plans. Two are for your submittal to
the Building & Safety Department and the other is for your records.
