The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for two signs for "BRIGHT
NOW! DENTAL" located at 79-255 Highway 111; within the Centre at La Quinta commercial center_. _
The approval is based on the attached exhibits and subject to the following Conditions:
1. Each sign will be located on the south and north building elevation. The current signs ("LA
QUINTA DENTAL") shall be removed entirely and all patchwork shall match the building
fascia.
2. All sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign Program for the
Centre at La Quinta.
The sign size, materials, and locations are per the approved plans on file with the Planning
Department.- A building permit shall be obtained from the Building &Safety Department prior to
installation of the signs.
