The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for signs at
79-275 Highway 111. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:.
1. This sign permit grants four permanent internally -illuminated channel letter signs.
The "WENDY'S" letter signs are red and attached flush to the fascia. The "CAMEO
LOGO" sign is red, blue, ivory, and black, and also attached flush to the fascia.
2.This sign permit grants four- double-faced, internally illuminated freestanding
directional signs.
3. This sign permit grants one "MENU BOARD", one "SPEAKER", and one
"PREVIEW/COMBO" board.
4. This sign permit grants one internally -illuminated monument sign.
5. This sign permit approval does not include the address sign. The address sign shall
be approved by the Fire Department and the Building & Safety Department.
6. The materials,' dimensions, and locations for the signs are per the approved plans on
file with the Community Development Department.
