The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
A one permanent business identification sign at 79-295 Highway 111, as shown in the
attached exhibit. The approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one permanent internally -illuminated channel letter sign
to be located on the north building elevation. Sign shall not exceed 41 square
feet. Materials for the signs are per the approved plans on file with the
Community Development Department.
2. If required, a building permit shall be obtained from . the Building & Safety
Department prior to installation of the sign.
I have enclosed three stamped approved copies of the plans. Two are for your submittal to
the Building & Safety Department and the other is for your records.
