Dear Mr. Calhoun:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one illuminated sign for
"BOB'S SOCCER SHOP & MORE", on the west bui!,ding elevation, located at -79-305 Highway
111, Suite B-2, within Dune Palms Plaza as shown in the attached exhibit. The approval is
subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign. permit grants one sign at 30.9 square feet on the west building elevation.
The words "BOB'S SOCCER" and the logo will be illuminated. The words "SHOP &
MORE" will be non -illuminated. The materials and mounting details for the sign are
per the approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. All signage shall comply with the Sign Program far Dune Palms Plaza.
3. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building ,& Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign if required.
