The Community Development Department has reviewed your revised
elevations for Retail Building "A" previously approved under Site
Development Permit 2002-728. Pursuant to La Quinta Municipal Code
Section 9.200.090 Modifications by Applicant, the following facts are made:
1. The revised building is located in the same general
location as the previously approved building.
2. The revised elevations provide continuity with the
