Dear Mr. Kelsey:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for two permanent
building mounted sign at 46-660 Washington Street, Ste. 101 and 102, as shown in the
attached exhibit. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
41'�s,� 1. This sign permit grants two permanent building signs ("ANGEL VIEW RESALE
BOUTIQUE") at 39 square feet in area. Each sign will be located on the east
building elevation and south building elevation. The materials for the sign are per
the approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. Per the- approved Sign Program, the trim color shall be "Bronze", return color
"Dark Bronze" acrylic polyurethane, and neon "White.
3. If required, a building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety
Department prior to installation of the sign.
