Dear Mr. Addington:
The Community Development Department has approved the request for two
permanent wall mounted business identification signs for Tutoring Club at 79400
Highway 111 in La Quinta Valley Plaza in La Quinta based on compliance with
approved sign program. Enclosed are two copies of the approved sign exhibits for
your use. The approval is subject to following conditions:
1. This sign permit is for two permanent business identification signs, one facing
south and one facing north. Sign designs and locations are per approved
plans attached and on file in the Community Development Department.
2. A permit shall be obtained from the Building and Safety Department (760
777-7012), prior to the beginning of installation of the signs.
