Dear Mr. Daniel:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one permanent illuminated
sign -for La Quinta Jewelers, located at 79-405 Highway 111, within the Centre at La Quinta. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for one building -mounted intemally�,illuininated channel letter sign to be
located at the front of the building. The sign size, materials, and location are per approved
plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. The sign shall be mounted flush to the building fascia. No raceway or electrical equipment
shall be visible from the exterior of the building.
'3. The sign shall not exceed twenty (20) square feet in area.
4. The sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign Program for
the Centre at La Quinta (SA 2002-618).
5. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
of the signs.
