Dear Ms. Cross:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
one permanent building -mounted internally -illuminated channel letter sign on the northern
building elevation of V Nails, located at 79-405 Highway 1 1 1, #8. The approval is
subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants one illuminated building identification sign. The total
square footage for the building sign will be no greater than approximately 19.60
square feet.
The materials for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department.
2. If necessary, a building permit shall 'be obtained prior to any work on the signs
being started.
3. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for the Centre at La Quinta.
