On February 6, 2015 the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Riverside — Palm Springs,
appointed Robert P. Mosier as Receiver to take control of the shopping center located at 79405 Hwy
111, La Quinta, CA known as The Centre at La Quinta. Attached is a copy of the order for your review.
Pursuant to the terms of the order, all rents as of February 1, 2015 for the space that you occupy .at La
Quinta Centre are to be paid to the "Receivership Estate of the Centre at La Quinta" and mailed to NAI
Capital, PO Box 745, San Clemente, CA 92674. Any previous payment instructions are to be ignored.
Payment to anyone else or any other entity will be in violation of the court order and will not satisfy the
terms of your lease.
If you have already paid your February 2015.rent to the Owner of the property, or have any questions
