SUBJECT: SIGN PERMIT 2012-1661: SCRAMBLEZ CAFE
Dear Mr. Riehle:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one . building -
mounted, internally illuminated channel letter sign for "Scramblez Cafe", located at 79-410
Highway 111, Suite 103, in the La Quinta Valley Plaza commercial center. The approval is
subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one illuminated permanently mounted building identification
sign for "SCRAMBLEZ CAFE". The letter height shall not exceed eighteen 118)
inches and the total square footage for the sign will be approximately seventeen
(17) square feet.
2. The sign shall be centrally mounted above the tenant's lease space, on the east -
facing building elevation, as shown on the exhibit. Raceways shall not be visible.
3. The applicant is required to obtain a building permit prior to the placement of sign
on the building. The Building and Safety Department can be reached at (760) 777-
7012.
4. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for La Quinta Valley Plaza (SA
2003-735).
