The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for a

subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants one permanent internally -illuminated channel letter
identification sign and logo to be mounted on the building's southern facing
elevation, as shown on the graphic on file as part of this application. The total
square footage of the sign and logo shall be no greater than thirty-four and -a -half
(34.5,) square feet. Total letter height shall not exceed eighteen (18) inches. The
logo height shall not exceed twenty-four (24) inches. The materials for the sign are
per the approved plans on file with the Community Development Department.
2. If necessary, a building permit shall be obtained prior.to any work on the signs being
started.
3. The•sign shall conform to the approved sign program for La Quinta Valley Plaza.
