The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for two
permanently mounted business identification signs at 79-440 Highway 111, Suite 101. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants two permanent internally -illuminated channel letter signs. "The Grill
Zone" letter signs are black with a red flame above the "i" in "Grill". All letters have acrylic
faces and attached flush to the fascia. The materials for the sign are per the approved
plans on file with the Community Development Department.
2. Sign letters in the word "Grill' must not exceed twenty four (24) inches in height.
3. The sign letters. must conform to the Sign Program prepared for the La Quinta Valley
Plaza (SA 037735).
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign.
