The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for one
permanent building -mounted internally -illuminated channel letter sign on the western
building elevation of Tru -Tone Paint, located at 79-40 Highway 1 1 1, Suite #101. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants one illuminated building identification sign. The total square
footage for the .sign shall be no greater than 49.00 square feet.
The materials for the sign are per the ,approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department. .
2. If necessary, a building permit shall be obtained prior to any work on the signs being
started.
3. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for the La Quinta Valley Plaza.
