The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for one
permanently mounted business identification sign at 79-440 Highway 111, Suite 103, within the
La Quinta Valley Plaza. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one permanent individual reverse channel letter sign. The "elite
Health & Wellness" letter sign shall be teal with a red dot above the "i" in "elite". All letters
are acrylic -faced and will standoff the fascia by one and a half (1'h) inches. The sign
location and materials are per the approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department.
2. Sign letters shall not exceed twelve (12) inches in height. The logo, which is a swoosh,
shall not exceed eighteen (18) inches in height. The neon color for the signs letters and
logo shall be #4500 White.
3. The sign shall conform to the Sign Program prepared for the La Quinta Valley Plaza (SA
03-735).
4.. A building permit shall. be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign.
