The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one permanent illuminated
channel letter sign and logo for Jumpin' Juice and Java, located at 79-485 Highway 111, Ste. 8,
within the Centre at La Quinta. The.approval is subject to the fo!!owing Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for one building -mounted internally-i,'luminated channel letter sign and.
logo, to be located at the north facing building elevation..at Parcel 1 of the Centre at La
Quinta. The sign size, materials, and location are per approved plans on file with the
Planning Department.
2. The use of neon as,a sign element is approval through- Modification By Applicant (MBA)
2008-009. All neon tubes shall be contained in a 'can' and .shall be covered by a clear face.
3. The sign shall not exceed twenty two (22) square feet .in area.
4. The sign letters, sign size. and location shall conform to the~approved Sign Program for
Parcel 1 (SA 2002-618).
5. A building permit shall, be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
