Dear Mr. Rocha:
The Planning. Department has reviewed and approved your request for one permanent illuminated
pan channel letter sign for Massage Envy, located at 79-485 Highway 111, Ste. 9, within the Centre
at La Quinta. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1: This sign permit is for one building -mounted internally -illuminated pan channel letter sign, to
be located at the north facing building elevation. The sign size, materials, and location are
per approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. The sign shall not exceed twenty four (24) square feet in area.
3. The sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign Program for
Parcel 1 (SA 2002-618).
4. A building permif shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
of the signs.
