Dear Mr. Courtney:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for four
permanently -mounted business identification signs and drive-thru accessory signs
for - "Wienerschnitzel" and "Tastee Freez" at The Dune shopping center. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1 . This sign permit grants two permanent cabinet signs for "Wienerschnitzel" one
to be located at the entrance to the building, and the other to be located at the
buildings south elevation. Two "Tastee Freez" signs are also permitted,. one
adjacent to each "Wienerschnitzel" sign. The "Tastee Freez" signs shall be .self
contained channel letters. The materials, size, illumination and location for the
sign are per the approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. All proposed accessory signs (Drive-thru, Menu Boards, Exits, etc...) materials,
" size, illumination, and location shall conform to the approved plans on file with
the Planning Department.
3. No signs are permitted on the buildings east elevation.
4. The sign letters must conform to the approved Sign. Program for The Dunes
(SA 06-1078).
' 5. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department
prior to installation of the sign.
