Dear Mr. Engle:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for two permanently -
mounted business identification signs for "Rosati's" at The Dunes shopping center. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants two permanent internally illuminated individual -channel letter
signs for "Rosati's". The materials, size, illumination and location for the sign are per
the approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. Letter height shall not exceed twelve (12) inches. Each sign shall be limited to an area
of twenty one (21) square feet or less.
3. The sign letters must conform to the approved Sign Program for The Dunes (SA
2006-1078).
'4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign.
I have enclosed two stamped approved copies of the plans. One is for your submittal to the
Building & Safety Department and the other is for your records.
