Dear Mr. Polster
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for two
permanent business signs, at 79-640 Highway 111, as shown in the attached exhibit. The approval
its subject to the following conditions:
1. The main permanent business identification sign will be an internally -illuminated double
line channel letter sign ("GOODWILL STORE AND DONATION CENTER") located on
the south building elevation as shown in the exhibits.
2. The second sign will be a reverse channel letter flush mounted non -illuminated sign
("Donation Center") located on the north building elevation as shown in the exhibits.
3. If required, a building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department
prior to installation of the sign.
I have enclosed three stamped approved copies of the plans. Two are for your submittal to the
Building & Safety Department and the other is for your records.
