Install new fibered can't and taper can't to all roof to wall transitions.
Install I layer 515 Malarkey glass base mechanically fastened
Apply 3 layers Malarkey 506 glass ply 6 with application of asphalt type 4 inner mop of 25# per 100 sq. ft. per ply.
Install new roof flashings for HVAC and plumbing penetrations with asphalt primer surface.
Apply new storm collars.
Apply 2 layers ply 6 with hot asphalt to all metal flashings sealing to roof.
Apply hot asphalt over all flat roof surfaces and install title 24 Rock over air conditioned areas and 3/8 white rock over
non conditioned areas.
Apply asphalt mastic and webbing to all roof to wall transitions and penetrations coat with granules.
Tile area:
Remove roof the from outlined area and stack.
Install new underlayment over clean roof surface.
Re -install roof file to manufacture specifications, replace all broken the over complete roof.
