This correspondence shalt serve as notification from The Madison Club Design Review Cur mittee (DRC) that your
final design submittal was reviewed at the July 14, 2016 meeting. The prvjcer was approved to start construction
after receipt of the Building Pena, and subject to the following comments being addressed prior to the start of
framing.
L At the rear of the property the wails have been modified; however, details must be provided showing how
the 7' wall will be finished and what landscaping is proposed. in the area to provide softening ofthe wall.
2. A Variance was submitted for use of plant material over three feet in the rear yard view corridor. The
committee cannot suggest approval of this Variance unless written approval from the neighboring property
owner is provided. The DRC never assumes to know which view is most important to an individual Owner.
3. As a reminder, the landscaping and improvements on the adjacent lots and golf course are required to be
shown at the preliminary review level and throughout the DRC process_
4. Please show all proposed contours on the Precise Grading plan with your final design submittal.
5. The south property line wall is being shown on top of the property line which is not allowed. The wall
must be located within the property boundaries for Lot 5A, including all footings, unless a legal agreement
is signed by the Owners of both properties and copies provided to the Association.
6. Hybrid palms are not typically approved for use at Madison Club.
7, The South side property line wall has been extended for use; however, detailing or thickening of the
columns to create a proper termination is required (for both the 3' and 6' high portions of the wall). Wall
terminuses are required at both sides of the wall (front and rear).
8. Courtesy comment: The positioning of the fountain against the property line wall (off the bath) will not
allow For any screen planting which may be desired in the future for privacy.
9. Details should be provided showing how the minimum 3" recess will be achieved to th.e jambiheadlsill on
