FOAMBOND proposes to remove tile install new underlayment with necessary repairs
and material and place existing tile back on roof
TILE R&R ON EXISTING ROOF
PREPARATION & INSTALLATION:
1. Remove existing tile down to existing underlayment (app 1100 sq feet)
2. Clean plywood surface of existing roof from underlayment, dirt and debris
3. Inspect all vents and pipe flashings, install new ones if damaged or missing (base
Flashings as well as aluminum flashings)
4. Replace damaged wood as needed ($2.00 a linear foot)
5. Replace 2x2 edge metal if necessary and also inspect chimney and secure saddle
metal, tile, pan and z -bar metal
6. Remove 2x4 from ridge to cross new underlayment and install back over new -felt
7. Install new 40 lb. underlayment on entire surface
8. Install new valley metal on all valleys (no existing metal)
9. Install existing two piece clay tile back on roof
10. Replace all damaged tiles, to match as close as possible to existing tile
11. Add mastic and nails as needed
12. Two piece tile will have cement added as needed
FINAL WORK:
13. Paint all flashings and pipes to match roof
14. Remove all job related trash from job site
15. Perform a final job walk with the Owner or Owner's representative
WARRANTY:
16. This installation will carry a five year labor warranty
Price and payment terms: 10% upon contract acceptance. Balance due on job
completion.
TOTAL PRICE FOR THIS SCOPE OF WORK IS: $ 4,826.00
