1. I understand a frequent practice of unlicensed persons is to have the property owner obtain an "Owner -Builder"
building permit that erroneously implies that the property owner is providing his or her own labor and material personally. I, as
an Owner -Builder, may be held liable and subject to serious financial risk for any injuries sustained by an unlicensed person
and his or her employees while working on my property. My homeowner's insurance may not provide coverage for those
injuries. I am willfully acting as.an Owner -Builder and am aware of the limits of my insurance coverage for injuries to workers

In ref_erenc.e t.o the—s.pe_cial inspection of the patio enclosure
located_a.t_5.3=5.8.5�Rubio,�our findings are as follows:
1. One inside light was installed i.n the. existing exterior
fixture (now enclosed).
2. Must have a light 'installed outside of new sliding glass door
to meet code.
3. No new electrical, heat or. air has been run into patio
enclosure.
4. All walls appear to be non-bearing and meet. code.
5. Floor is concrete (no flooring installed)
6. We are unable to check the framing member as they are covered
up. We are unable to check for insulation in all new walls.
We are also unable to check the drywall nailing do, "to paneling
installed over wall surface.
7 The enclosure does not meet city codes as a patio enclosure or
room addition.
