SUBJECT: Stockman Homes at 53-660. Avenida Rubio
On November 15, 1993, I inspected the above Stockman house which was purchased by Joyce
Johnson. The following items need to be addressed:
1) Baseboard in middle bedroom must be replaced.
4 Re -hang door on middle bedroom.
3) Pattern on vinyl floor in laundry room does not line up.
4) Paint ceiling in laundry room near corner.
5) Light in garage near door to house does not work.
6) -Weatherstrip front door.
7) Anti -siphon valves for sprinkler system leak.
8) Required trees in front yard do not have sprinklers per the City's landscape
requirements.
9) Vinyl flooring in guest bath was improperly cut for water closet. Repair or
replace.
10) Vinyl flooring in kitchen was improperly cut for cabinets. Repair or replace.
11) Lower cabinet between stove and refrigerator is not affixed to the wall. Left side
of same cabinet has been damaged.
12) Caulk at all upper and lower cabinets in kitchen.
13), Caulk splash at master bath lavatories.
14) Caulk flooring in master toilet room.
15) Provide screens for all windows and sliding glass doors.
16) Secure exterior light fixture near master bedroom.
17) Repair hole in stucco near A.C. condenser.
18) Remove drywall mud from bath tubs.
