This will confirm the arrangements that you made with my
father, Richard C. Mower, regarding the above -referenced property
as to installation of venetian blinds or other window treatments to
conform to City building regulations regarding heat calculations.
It is our understanding that we will not need to install
venetian blinds or other window treatments at the present time so
long as we agree to make such an installation within 45 .days of the
close of escrow on the property. This is, of course, due to the
fact that any potential buyer will probably want to select their
own window treatment.
In conformance with this agreement, we will specifically agree
to provide any .buyer with full installation of a window treatment
meeting the heat calculation requirements for the City of La Quinta
