This agreement dated May 12th,- 1993 between Frederick
' Sturner, F. J. Sturner Homes,, contractor, and Frank Schiro
and Shirley a. Schiro H&WJT, G. H. Bogan, trustee for the G.
Bogan DBP and William f. Strub. Jr. and Jannette V. Strub,
' H&WJT herein referred to as title holders.
The title holders are in the position of ownership to `
facilitate the construction and sale of the'property located
at lot 2, block 277 in La Quinta. Title holders agree to
' contract with-F.J. Sturner homes to build an approximate
1,680 square foot home. Title holders agree also to advance
up to $90,000 to facilitate same. '
Title holders additionally agree to'sell this home upon
completion s(pproximately ,July 16� 1993 to pat Kujawa for an
amount equal to $123,500. Titleholders.sgreeto take Fred
Sturners position as seller, pscrow #7845 -cf. and Further
agree to sign any -and all documents required to fa�_ilitate
the same. '
Upon close of escrow'ti+le holders will be entitled to an `
' amount equal to $90,000 plus $1,500 per month or any portion '
thereof after Augusti2th, 1993. Upon the close of escrow
this amount will be payable to title holders and tie `
balance, less sales costs will be payable to Fred Sturner.
