WITNESSETH: `
Whereas, the Grantor owns and has simple fee title to that certain parcel of real property located in the _
City of la Quinta , County of Riverside, Sat ate of California , legally described as follows:
Parcel "A" of lot line adjustment 2008-497 rec 2/18/2009 as inst. No 2009-0074912, O.R.
` AND WHEREAS, the grantee desires to use said real property for the purpose of:
Landscaping and Open Space
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the partiers as follows:
The Grantor does hereby, grant, assign and set over to the grantee per attachments `A" and "6"
Except as to the rights granted herein, the Grantor shall continue to have the full use, occupancy and
enjoyment of said real property. The grantee hereby agrees to hold and save the grntor harmless from
and all claims, liability, and damages arising from the use, possession and occupancy of real property as
a herein granted and hereby further agrees to pay for any and all damage or damages which may occur to
.the real property, or rights of the Grantor or pay any other person or property through the,Grantee's
use, occupation, and possession of the real property or rights herein granted.
