RE: 49-270 Balada Court
The Association will approve the installation of a pool in the rear
of the above referenced address with the condition that the -perimeter
wall around the rear yard are replaced in the same location as -they
existed and with the same slump stone. Also, the pool equipment will
not be visible to the front street from the rear yard and that no
other structure will be constructed that will be above the height of
the existing perimeter rear wall.
