2) REBAR/PRE-.GROUT: BOND BEAM REBAR AND
VERTICAL REBAR IN PLACE - INSPECTION PRIOR TO
PLACING GROUT.
3) EIN.AL; AFTER GROUT IS PLACED - PRIOR TO ANY
DECORATIVE CAP PLACEMENT.
