Re -roofing of home:
Contactor will haul away all debris, pay dump fees, secure permits, and manage the inspection process.
Cleaninp, of Roof Surface and Preparation:
Remove all debris/trash from roofs.
Broom, blow off, and rinse existing roofs.
Remove roofing from drains and other areas as needed.
Lift skylights, remove roofing from curbs, and clad curbs with steel flashing.
Prep existing flashings and install new flashings where needed.
Cut buckles in flat roofing and nail for stability.
Nail Z -bar for stability and grind clean of scale, paint, and stucco.
Polyurethane Foam Roofing Installation:
Spray apply acrylic primer to all areas to receive urethane roofing. Manufacturer: Resin Technologies Corporation.
Mask areas as needed to protect roof top equipment, grounds, clere story windows, and architectural finishes.
Spray apply 3.0 lb/cubic foot density polyurethane foam @ 1 inch thickness per manufacturer's specifications.
Polyurethane Foam Roofing Manufacturer: Resin Technologies Corporation.
Grind roofing as needed and apply caulking where needed.
Cover all new Polyurethane Foam Roofing with 2 coats acrylic coating per manufacturer's specifications.
Acrylic Coating Manufacturer: Resin Technologies Corporation. Color: White. Product: Permax 108.
Minimum thickness of coating to be 23 dry mils.
Finalization of Roofing Installation and Clean-up:
Install inorganic blocking to support all roof top conduit and plumbing.
Clean skylight lenses, install weather stripping on skylight curbs, reinstall skylights, and secure skylights with screws.
Paint edge metal and any roof top projections visible from ground to match stucco (or background) color.
Flush drains to insure they are clear and unclog drains as needed.
Complete clean-up.
